Terms of Use:

This Agreement is between you, the “Customer,” and Baby Strollers Rental, LLC. Baby Strollers Rental retains exclusive ownership of all its rental equipment. Baby Strollers Rental is not offering the product for sale, and the customer is not purchasing the equipment. The customer acknowledges that the equipment is for personal use only. By signing and accepting the terms and conditions of this rental agreement, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Reservation and Rental Fee Payment:

By making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment is made by credit or debit card at the time of booking through the website. Baby Strollers Rental will confirm your reservation by email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after booking online or by phone, you must contact Baby Strollers Rental. Product colors may vary from the images shown. We reserve the right to cancel reservations for any reason and refund any payments made.

Tenant Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within the 48-hour period are subject to minimum rental fees, as stipulated by the Rental Company:

Single stroller: $33 fee
Double stroller: $43 fee
Car seat: $28 fee

Delivery, Possession, Use, and Return:

The Customer agrees to comply with the agreed-upon delivery and return times and locations. The Customer is responsible for inspecting the baby stroller upon delivery and reporting any damages or defects immediately. The Customer must return the baby stroller in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. If the customer needs to change the delivery or pickup location, they must contact Baby Strollers Rental for clarification. Deliveries are from 8am until 11am and from 5pm until 8pm. Strollers are due back by 5pm. We pick up every day in Orlando/Kissimmee 8am until 11am and from 5pm until 8pm. For delivery to Davenport, some locations in Winter Garden and some locations in Clermont, there is a $10 delivery fee. Delivery outside of the above areas we do not deliver. Contact us for details.

Equipment Return:

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all rental items are available for pickup at the designated resort, hotel, or vacation home at the specified date and time of reservation. All rental items must be returned at the house entrance or resort/hotel registration desk listed in the confirmation email. Under no circumstances should any rental items be left in guest rooms after check-out. Rental items left in guest rooms will incur a $50 recovery fee. The customer is 100% responsible for the availability of items at the reception for pickup. For rental items being returned from vacation homes, it is preferred that someone be available at the vacation home to hand over the items.

Equipment Damage or Loss:

The Customer will accept full responsibility for safely and responsibly caring for the baby stroller and accessories while in possession of them. The Customer is responsible for paying the full replacement value of any rented item(s) under this Agreement if not returned to Baby Strollers Rental within 48 hours of the contract end. The Customer also agrees to authorize the replacement cost of each rental item(s) to the Customer’s credit card in case the rental item(s) is not returned. In the event that an item(s) is recovered after the customer has been charged, a full refund of the replacement fee will be issued to the customer. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Baby Strollers Rental harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the baby stroller.

Changes to Terms of Use:

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon the publication of the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy Policy:

Information Collection: We may collect personal information, such as name, address, email, and phone number, when you make a reservation or use our services. We may also collect non-personal information, such as usage data and preferences.

Use of Information: We use the collected information to provide and improve our services, process reservations, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support. We may also use your information for marketing communications, provided you have previously consented.

Information Sharing: We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. We may share non-personal information in aggregated and anonymized form for analysis and reporting purposes.

Information Security: We have implemented reasonable security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, misuse, or alteration. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Changes to Privacy Policy: We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing an updated version on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

Choice of Forum:

For any disputes arising from this rental agreement, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, Orlando, Florida. The parties waive any objection to the convenience or adequacy of this forum and agree not to contest the personal jurisdiction of these courts in such disputes. This choice of forum provision will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, excluding any conflicts of legal principles that may provide for the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. By this agreement, the parties acknowledge and agree that the choice of forum in Orlando, Florida, is a mutual and convenient choice, providing a fair and appropriate venue for the resolution of any disputes that may arise in relation to this rental agreement.
