To ensure your safety and the longevity of your scooter, please review the following important guidelines. These tips will help you maintain optimal performance, prevent damage, and stay compliant with our insurance policies. Following these instructions carefully will make your rides safer and more enjoyable.

• Fully charged: Ensure the scooter is fully charged before use.

• Drive position: Confirm the rear lever is in drive (D) before turning on.

• Neutral reset: If in neutral (N), reset to drive (D) and restart.

• Battery secured: Check that the battery is firmly placed on the base.

• Avoid water: Do not ride in heavy rain or through deep water.

• Single rider, 16+: Only one rider aged 16+ should use the scooter.

• Obstacles: Stay alert for obstacles and pedestrians.

• Key and charger: Never leave the key or charger unattended.

• 8-hour charge: Charge the scooter for at least 8 hours after use.

• Indoor storage: Store the scooter indoors overnight to prevent theft or damage.

• Rain damage: Rain can harm the battery, which is not insured.
